I've been looking through old football annuals recently and have come across a few kits that I have thought would look really good painted up.

First in the series we have Carslile United

I have no idea what the goalkeeper kit should have looked like for this kit, so I've made it up!  The figures are Santiago T2

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

I had a few figures left over from the last team I painted so I thought to myself "Why not paint a team of The Beatles?"

I've seen Subbuteo teams of The Beatles in their grey suits before, but never in their Sgt. Pepper outfits.  Here's how my attempt has turned out.

Highway to Hell

I've received an interesting request for a team from Gabriele in Roma; he wanted a 5 man team of AC/DC.  I'm not one to shy away from a good challenge, so immediately I said "Yes" to painting the team up.

Street fighter 2

Possibly one of the biggest gaming franchises there has been is Street fighter; its been available for years in various formats and on various consoles.  Many hours of my youth were lost playing the game, but its been years since I last played it. Its got such a good selection of characters that I thought it would be a shame not to paint a team up!
